Walking the tightrope between protecting players from cheaters and respecting their privacy can be a difficult task for developers, since any form of anti-cheat software requires some level of monitoring of players’ computers. Riot’s anti-cheat system for Valorant is certainly more invasive than most, but that’s exactly what makes it effective. There’s always the chance that Riot could explore other options if players make their concerns heard enough, but for the time being, **Valorant ** players will need to make peace with the anti-cheat sys  
Valorant Beta Drops come in the form of a whitelisting. There are no keys that players will get to access the game. If a player has been whitelisted by a drop they will get a twitch alert telling them that they can play the game. This is why players need to link their Riot and Twitch accounts. Outside of watching streamers, there is no other way to be whitelisted. So, good luck and happy view  
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Arkem’s explanation didn’t convince everyone that this was the right solution to Valorant ’s cheating problem. Her abilities can also be used as defensive tactics holding her opponents off of the point and can also deal a considerable amount of dam  
Hot Hands is Phoenix’s signature ability, giving the player a Molotov Cocktail-like ball of flames to use at their disposal. The fireball will explode and spread either on contact with the ground, or after a certain amount of time in the air, where it will take a nosedive to the floor below. Once detonated, the flames spread, covering the immediate area in a damaging fire. Hot Hands deals damage to both enemies and teammates, but, like Blaze, heals Phoe

The second basic ability is Blaze, which gives Phoenix the power to create a wall of flames wherever he sees fit. The firewall can be placed in a straight line or at a curve, depending on which direction the player moves their crosshair. The wall cannot be seen through, though players can move - and shoot - through it. While Blaze deals damage to those walking through it, it actually heals Phoenix.
